This on-site role takes a proactive, direct-sourcing approach rather than relying on inbound applications, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build and convert talent pipelines. The Recruiter also interviews hourly candidates on-site in Solon, Ohio, periodically represents Eagle Wireless at local job fairs, and is equally comfortable managing high-volume hourly hiring and specialized salaried searches.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentProactively identify and engage passive candidates across hourly production and salaried/exempt roles through direct outreach and professional networks.Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, independent of active job postings.Conduct market mapping and pursue creative sourcing strategies (networking, referrals, industry groups, job fairs) beyond traditional postings, including for specialized roles such as software engineering.Full-Cycle Recruiting & Stakeholder PartnershipManage full-cycle recruiting — intake, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support — for both hourly production and salaried positions.Partner with hiring managers, including engineering leadership for software roles, to define role requirements and hiring strategy, acting as a trusted advisor on talent market conditions and compensation trends.Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers, and drive timely feedback and decision-making.On-Site Interviews & OnboardingReceive and coordinate on-site interviews for hourly production candidates at the Solon, Ohio facility, managing logistics and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Support onboarding activities, including offer documentation, pre-employment steps, and coordination with HR/operations.Employer Branding & MetricsRepresent Eagle Wireless at local job fairs and community hiring events, promote the company's brand through professional networks, and support employee referral programs.Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and report recruiting metrics to identify pipeline gaps and adjust strategy.Required Qualifications3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, spanning both hourly/production and salaried/exempt positions.Experience recruiting for technical or professional roles; experience recruiting software engineers strongly preferred.Demonstrated, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing tool (required).Proven track record converting passive candidates into hires, including for hard-to-fill roles, and strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).Willingness and ability to work on-site in Solon, Ohio, including receiving and interviewing hourly candidates in person.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.Preferred QualificationsLinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter Certification.Experience recruiting in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.Experience organizing or representing a company at job fairs or community hiring events.Work Environment & LocationThis position is based on-site in Solon, Ohio.On-site presence is required to receive and interview hourly production candidates as part of the standard hiring process.Occasional local travel is required to represent Eagle Wireless at job fairs and community hiring events.
