We’re hiring an in-house CNC Programmer.Looking for someone with real experience in the cladding / façade world — someone who understands how projects actually get built.This role includes:• CNC programming for ACM, aluminum panels, and façade systems• Strong AutoCAD work (reading + creating fabrication/shop drawings)• Understanding panel layouts, fabrication methods, and production flow• Working closely with shop and project management teams• Problem-solving on the floor and improving efficiencyBig plus if you:• Have hands-on experience in the cladding industry• Think ahead and catch issues before they hit productionWe’re a fast-moving company with a strong pipeline, and this position is key to keeping projects running sharp and on schedule.If you’re the right fit — or know someone who is — send me your resume at hstern@boltoncladding.com
