Power Platform Engineer

Please apply ONLY if you are local to the area and can work 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remote.****NO C2C, W2 ONLYWe're looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer who enjoys building solutions and working directly with both business and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable across both traditional development and low-code platforms, with experience in Python, Microsoft Power Platform, integrations, and automation technologies.You'll partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design solutions, and develop automations from concept through deployment.What You'll Be DoingDesign and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, Python, APIs, and workflow technologiesGather requirements and work directly with business partners to solve process challengesBuild low-code applications, integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled automationsSupport projects through the full lifecycle, from design to deploymentHelp establish automation best practices and drive continuous improvementWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)Experience with Python or another modern programming languageExperience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automationStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholdersInterest in AI, Copilot, AI agents, or intelligent automation solutionsServiceNow experience is a plus
