We have 12 production plants, 5 logistic centers and 2300 employees.Investing in people is one of Agrati's strategic assets: This is possible through technical and managerial training, targeted development paths, innovation and improvement projects that involve all employees across the board.Whoever joins the Agrati breathes an international context, a dynamic environment, with a strong corporate culture that enhances the specificity of each plant while maintaining a sense of belonging to a historic brand that looks to the future.A group constantly looking for enthusiastic, competent people, eager to face new challenges."Being an Agrati Employee means being part of the history that has distinguished us; a history in continuous evolution."It means believing in change and continuous improvement of yourself and your team, believing in company values and working to achieve them every day.Position SummaryThis role is responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution, from post-manufacturing through customer delivery, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.You will partner closely with operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team focused on planning, logistics, and customer fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy· Lead supply chain operations across two manufacturing sites· Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs· Drive digitalization, KPI automation, and continuous improvement initiativesPlanning & Operations· Oversee production planning and scheduling (3-month rolling forecast)· Manage inventory, WIP, and logistics parameters· Conduct make vs. buy analysis and capacity planning· Support procurement decisions and subcontracting activitiesLogistics & Transportation· Own WMS/TMS strategy, including transportation optimization and freight cost control· Implement milk runs and logistics best practicesCustomer & OEM Management· Manage OEM requirements including EDI, releases, and cumulative tracking· Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfactionCompliance & Reporting· Lead MMOG/LE compliance and internal/external audits· Ensure adherence to ISO and IATF standards· Track and report KPIs and Balanced Scorecard metricsEducation & Experience· Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field· 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environmentSkills & Experience· Strong knowledge of:· Production planning & scheduling· Inventory management· JIT and MRP systems· ERP experience (PLEX preferred)· Strong leadership and communication skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
