Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Gladstone, OR, for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, explaining features and benefits, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, ensuring the store is organized and inviting, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities to explain product features effectively.Sales experience, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Organizational and time-management skills to handle various tasks efficiently.Proficiency in product knowledge and the ability to learn about new appliances quickly.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.Basic computer skills to manage sales systems and handle customer inquiries.Experience in home appliances or retail sales is a plus.CompensationCompetitive SALARY PAY. Not commission!Expected earnings typically range from $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance.
