We're looking for an Engineering Program Manager to help shape the future of global Factory Configuration Services and lead strategic initiatives that scale operations worldwide.What You'll DoAs a key member of the SCFS Strategy Team, you'll lead high-impact programs focused on expanding factory capabilities, integrating disconnected systems, and automating processes that improve both business performance and customer experience.-Lead cross-functional engineering and supply chain initiatives-Drive process improvements through data analytics and automation-Serve as the Supply Chain lead for New Service Introduction (NSI) programs-Optimize manufacturing and service workflows for scale and efficiency-Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes-Drive change management, adoption, and executive-level communicationsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience5+ years of program management, supply chain, manufacturing, or process improvement experienceStrong background leading cross-functional projectsExperience driving operational efficiency and business transformationThis job is paying between $60-$65/hr. The contract length will be 1 year long!
