Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Specialist supports daily operations by ensuring product accuracy, inventory integrity, and process compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, hands‑on experience with parts, and an understanding of how components fit and function.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will do:Perform quality checks to ensure parts, kits, and inventory meet accuracy and condition standardsIdentify defects, discrepancies, and process gaps; document and escalate issues as neededReview inventory movement, slotting, and product flow to support operational efficiencyReconcile inventory variances using system data and physical countsAnalyze forecasts, trends, and recurring quality issues to support continuous improvementCommunicate findings clearly through professional email and system documentationPartner with teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrenceSupport grief resolution (root cause analysis and corrective actions)QualificationsHigh School diploma 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment SAP experience a mustStrong computer, analytical, and data entry skillsGood communication skillsProven ability to work independentlyAbility to manage and prioritize time and tasksPossess a customer-oriented attitudePhysical RequirementsWork requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
