ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the US robotics market and achieve sales targets. Identify, acquire and maintain key accounts (including robot manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users in core industries). Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, needs assessment, solution proposal to contract negotiation and closing. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs. Collaborate closely with R&D, product and marketing teams to align solutions with customer requirements. Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth. RequirementsBachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields. 3+ years of KA sales experience in the robotics, smart logistics or advanced manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in US mobile and humanoid robots market development. Deep understanding of the US robotics market, including key players, industry trends and customer pain points; existing key account resources are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to work independently and drive results. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel frequently within the US.#J-18808-Ljbffr
