Spend time in each department learning the trade; run parts, install and service. Within one year this individual will be a full time service technician and running their own jobs. Required Qualifications: Clean driving record and insurable driving record Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. Ability and aspiration to learn new skills Positive attitude a must Superior communication skills Mechanical aptitude Experience making repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills
