Spring Up Associate-North Carolina

Carolina is seeking a detail-oriented Spring-Up Worker to install springs, webbing, and support materials on furniture frames to ensure long-lasting durability and comfort. This role requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to read production tags to ensure correct materials and placement.Responsibilities:Install springs, webbing, and support material onto furniture frames according to production tags and work instructions.Align, tension, and secure components to meet durability and comfort standards.Read and interpret production tags, blueprints, or work orders to verify materials and specifications.Use pneumatic tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.Inspect completed assemblies for quality and adherence to design specifications; report any defects.Requirements:Proficiency with pneumatic tools and basic hand tools.Physical ability to lift, push, and pull frames; ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.NoticeIf you are a resident of California please click here to review the CCPA Job Applicant Privacy Notice for OFS Brands before continuing.
