Management Trainee Responsibilities:
Oversees the day-to-day procedures and performance of the sales and customer service departments to provide the highest level of customer service for our clients
Understands the overarching company mission, as well as communicates and models our core values of the organization, to create a sense of camaraderie and mentorship among employees
Manages customer concerns with ease and ensures an appropriate resolution to improve customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations
Participates in office meetings expressing new and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and increase the efficiency of the sales and customer service team
Contributes feedback to sales executives, including recommendations on new sales techniques and how we present products or sales promotions to new customers
Shadows senior management staff to gain leadership skills, develop a firm grasp of our company values, and enhance client knowledge
Management Trainee Requirements:

Duties:
Assist in managing daily operations of the department

Provide administrative support to the management team
