Embody Core Purpose to “Win Together to Exceed Customer Expectations”.Key ResponsibilitiesReceives incoming calls including but not exclusive to gate orders, warranty questions, quotes, distributor information, and traffic/freightQuotes prices and accurately prepares sales order for processingEstimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of WALTCO's production and delivery schedulesWorks closely with factory to monitor & manage customer ordersBuilds relationships by responding to questions, problems, and needs of customers within assigned territoryPerforms order audits against Concept and SAP to verify accuracyWhat We Are Looking ForAssociate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolSix months to one year of related experience and/or trainingWorking knowledge of business related computer systems, pc skills, including Google Docs, Windows, Microsoft OfficeProven ability to drive and develop equipment business sales and profitabilityProven ability to develop and manage customer relationshipsGood technical skills and product knowledgeWhat We OfferAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
