About the OpportunityMust have luxury Wellness spa operation experience. An elite luxury wellness destination is seeking a visionary Vice President of Wellness & Operations to oversee the full scope of wellness programming, guest experience, and operational execution across the property.This is a highly hands-on executive leadership role responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day operational oversight, ensuring seamless execution across all departments in a world-class, high-touch hospitality and wellness environment.The ideal candidate is a builder, operator, and leader who can elevate standards, optimize operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at every level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall wellness, hospitality, and operational strategy for the organizationOversee all departments including wellness services, spa, fitness, nutrition, guest services, and facilities coordinationDirect both strategic planning and daily operational execution across the propertyEnsure seamless integration between wellness programming, hospitality operations, and guest experienceBuild, lead, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teamsEstablish and maintain world-class service standards across all guest touchpointsOversee scheduling, staffing models, workflows, and operational efficiencyManage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across departmentsIdentify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvementsCollaborate with culinary, hospitality, and leadership teams to align all guest-facing operationsOversee vendor relationships, contractors, and specialty wellness practitionersEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirementsContinuously evaluate and improve operational systems and guest experience deliveryStay ahead of wellness, hospitality, and luxury experience trendsQualifications10+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury wellness, spa, hospitality or resortProven ability to lead both operations and guest experience at scaleStrong background in multi-department operational leadershipExperience in luxury, high-touch service environments requiredDemonstrated success managing teams, budgets, and complex operationsStrong financial and operational acumenHands-on leadership style with ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levelsExceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a hands-on executive operator of Luxury Wellness destination and Spa, who thrives in building and running exceptional guest experiences.
