Physician Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Physician Assistant to join a growing orthopedic and/or spine practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians in both clinical and surgical settings, providing comprehensive care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with orthopedic and spine-related conditionsConduct patient histories, physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansAssist in surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative carePerform in-office procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, and wound careOrder and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and lab workProvide patient education on treatment plans, rehabilitation, and preventative careDocument patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMRCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapy, pain management, and other specialtiesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programActive or eligible for state licensureNCCPA certification requiredPrior experience in orthopedics, spine, or related field preferred (new graduates with strong interest may be considered)Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
