Mixing Associate

Shift: First Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Mixer to join our Mixing Team. This role supports daily production activities by preparing, mixing, and cleaning equipment while following safety and quality standards. Prior mixing experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided. Responsibilities Follow daily production schedules provided by the Mixing Lead or Supervisor Prepare materials, equipment, and work areas for each batch Operate mixing equipment according to procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing area Follow all company safety policies, cGMPs, and SOPs Clean and sanitize mixing equipment after each batch Report issues such as material shortages or equipment problems Assist in other production areas during downtime Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs or more safely Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods Willingness to learn production processes and safety standards Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Skills & Expectations Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Basic to intermediate English communication skills Basic math skills (measuring, counting, weights) Willingness to be trained on forklift operation if needed Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Farmington, CT 06032 (Required) Work Location: In person
