Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $150,000 - $240,000 per yearA bit about us:We represent oil & gas clients throughout Texas and beyond.Why join us?Highly Competitive CompensationReasonable Billable HoursMultiple Bonus OpportunitiesHealth Insurance Premium Coverage401(k) Employer ContributionWork/Life BalanceRemoteJob DetailsWe are currently seeking an Oil & Gas Title Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience drafting title opinions for lands in Texas.Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support on a broad range of oil and gas matters, including exploration, production, transportation, and sales.Draft title opinions highlighting defects, liens, or other issues that could impact ownership or use of the property.Analyze documents such as leases, contracts, and deeds.Advise on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.Collaborate with other departments to identify legal risks and develop risk management strategies.Stay up-to-date with developments in oil and gas law and industry trends.Provide training to other departments on relevant legal issues.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Texas.3+ of years' experience drafting title opinions covering lands in Texas.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.Interested in hearing more?
