Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking a Journeyman Electrician in Bloomington, CA to install electrical systems for commercial construction projects.Impact• Deliver safe and code-compliant electrical installations• Support project timelines through efficient and skilled work• Ensure quality through attention to detail and proper workmanship• Mentor apprentices and contribute to team developmentResponsibilities• Install electrical conduit, wire, and devices for commercial projects• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications• Install lighting, power distribution, and control systems• Perform electrical troubleshooting and system testing• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes• Coordinate with other trades on installation sequencing• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols• Mentor and train apprentice electriciansRequirementsMust-Haves• Valid Journeyman Electrician license• 4+ years of commercial electrical installation experience• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics• Proficiency with hand and power toolsNice-to-Haves• OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification• Experience with fire alarm and security system installation• Knowledge of building automation and controls• Forklift and scissor lift certificationsCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive hourly rate depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and holidays.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
