Warehouse And Logistics SpecialistPotential for overtime Receive incoming material into computer system Process and receive work orders General warehouse/material handling 3-5 years exp Exp working in an assembly/ manufacturing enviroment Strong attantion to detail and accuracy Ability to navigate ERP systems such as SAP Forklift exp preferred Strong team player Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn Accountable and self motivated Safety focused mindsetResponsibilities:Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing of return materialCoordination and processing of RMA material, recording condition, weights, and dimsVerify material received against purchase orders or invoices, and maintains records of return materialsManages all outbound shipments, packaging and crating if neededManaging the non-inventory items stored for each business unit (moving, labeling, and updating holding list)Assist internal and external customer in reconciliation of receiving / shipping variances and arrange shipment as requiredVerify part movements and material transactions are reconciled, provide findings or report as requiredInterfacing with internal customers and external customers when neededActively pursue operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer supportProvide daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports as requiredParticipate in various Logistics tasks/projects as requiredQualifications:Ability to manage data and transactions accurately in several different programsEffectively present information and respond to questions from various individuals, groups, and managersAbility to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization and time managementAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variablesManage, create, and follow work instructionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Access, and ExcelStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and objectives effectivelyExcellent customer relation skillsExhibits a high level of integritySelf starting and proactiveAbility to work in team environmentMechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to lift/carry objects up to 40 pounds is required.
