You'll support the organization through a variety of duties including:Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environmentRespond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergenciesUse de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peaceProvide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jumpstarts, escorts, and moreMonitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followedPartner with local law enforcement when neededMaintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systemsWhat You BringHS Diploma or GEDAt least (18) months of experience in Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrolsFamiliarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security techValid WA State driver's license and ability to provide driving abstractWhy PTHA?We are more than a clinic — we're a culturally grounded, patient-first health and wellness center serving the Indigenous community.
