Evaluates clients, plans and implements treatment programs which restores, reinforces, and/or enhances function.PRE-REQUISITES:Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with current licensure in the State of Vermont.RELATIONSHIPS:Reports To: Director of Rehab ServicesSupervises: n/aOther Contacts: Patients, families, visitors, providers and their staff, business partners and hospital employeesSCOPE:Machinery or Equipment Used: Ambulatory aids, therapeutic laser, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, exercise equipment and other patient care equipment. Computer and photocopier.Physical Demands: Frequent, prolonged standing/walking. Lifts, positions, pushes, and/or transfers patients, occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching. Manual dexterity and mobility and moderate physical effort.Working Conditions: May be exposed to infections and contagious diseases, occasional exposure under a wide variety of circumstances. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Subject to many interruptions.
