Must Have:Bachelor's Degree plus graduate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.Eight years' advocacy or relevant experienceAbility to manage complex policy issues, contribute to team success, and serve as an advisor to internal customers.Enthusiasm and tenacity to work in a fast paced environment in an effort to advance the mission and priorities of the client. Nice To Have:Congressional staff experience.Familiarity with policy issues affecting plastics.Environmental/sustainability regulatory or legislative experience. Description:Required qualifications include strong contacts and the ability to quickly create new ones; the ability to quickly learn new issues, acquire a depth of knowledge, and be an effective advocate for those issues; the ability to manage a diverse set of internal and external customers representing manufacturing, automotive, building and construction, durable goods and other plastics related sectors; and strong organizational skills, creative, out-of-the box thinking, a collaborative approach and an ability to both lead and be part of a team as appropriate.
