This includes maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal, restoring vacated apartments to move-in condition, and preserving office, bathroom, and kitchen hygiene.Please note this is a part time position, 4 hours per day (can work either 7:00am-11:00am or 8:00am-12:00pm)Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Patrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes required work-remove trash/debris from property grounds and common areas, keep the dumpster area clean, and vacuum, sweep and mop common areasRestores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents-clean appliances, kitchen cabinets, sink and floors, bathroom-including toilet, tub, sink and floor, windows, front door, and performs touch-up painting as necessaryCompletes janitorial requirements in accordance with the janitorial schedulePerforms grounds maintenance, including weed removal, grass-cutting and plantingCleans property office as necessary-empty trash, vacuum carpets, clean bathroom and kitchenCoordinates snow and leaf removal from property-sidewalks, walkways, steps and driveways/parking spacesAssists maintenance technicians in performing preventive maintenance, capital improvements or satisfying work orders as neededRequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh school diploma or GED preferredOne year of general maintenance experience in preferredKnowledge of OSHA rules and regulations is preferredMust be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidaysRequires the ability to read, speak and comprehend the English languageAbility to follow direction and work independentlyTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environmentRequirementsANSI approved steel-toe/composite shoesMust have a valid Driver's LicenseMust have reliable transportationWilling to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as neededWilling to travel up to 10% of the timeWE'VE GOT YOU COVEREDWe take pride in supporting the health and well-being of our teammates and their families:Full medical, prescription, dental and vision benefitsCompany-paid life and AD&D insuranceCompany-paid short-term and long-term disabilityA 401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off, accrued based on years of serviceSupplemental insurance for employees and familiesEmployee Assistance Program for confidential counselingAdditional paid day off to provide community or charitable servicesPaid holidays; approximately eight per yearPeace of mind and a great working environmentIngerman provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.#LPSalary Description
