The INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to safely produce quality products, meeting or exceeding productivity goals and operating machinery correctly.Responsibilities Of An INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR Includes Set up machinery according to product guidelines Ability to sew material at required productivity rates Inspect and ensure products meet specifications Effectively operate various sewing machines and be able to conduct routine sewing machine maintenance such as thread needles, changing needles, bobbin changes and oiling machines Move cut goods to work area as necessary Notify cutter of defects in fabric and workmanship Communicate shortages as needed Job Requirements Of a INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR High School Diploma/ GED Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Must have 1+ years of industry sewing experience For immediate consideration, our Greenville Branch can be called at 864-509-6920 ext 113 or texted at 864-883-9470.
