Full-Time Manufacturing Digital Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Digital Engineer role is based at the Cape Girardeau Family Care Plant, focusing on developing and enhancing digital solutions to improve safety, quality, reliability, and productivity in manufacturing operations.Key responsibilities include designing and deploying digital capabilities, connecting engineering, IT/OT, and operations through secure data pipelines from PLCs, HMIs, and OT sources to enterprise platforms, enabling digital use cases. The role involves maintaining digital systems, supporting digital initiatives, troubleshooting data flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 3-6 years in data or digital engineering, onsite work in a manufacturing environment, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
