You will be responsible for ensuring our company produces quality parts specific to engineering drawings and client standards.Duties/ Responsibilities: Set-up and manage machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding, and millingTranslate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for productionOversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved resultsRecord all machine actions by completing production and quality logsRequirements:Required Skills/ Abilities:Strong math skills and knowledge of tool and work offsetsAbility to analyze prints or other documents to make sure the final part matches the printExperience with operation and set up of CNC Mills/LathesPerform daily maintenance on the machineryFollow safety requirements and handle materials appropriatelyEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.Two+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred. xhyhwjd Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standingMust be able to traverse production facilityMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds at at time.
