Mechanical Engineer

*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design HVAC systems for buildings. Systems include hot and chilled water, DX, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, RTU's etc. We are seeking a person with 10 plus years of experience designing these types of systems. *Responsibilities* * Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software such as Revit and AutoCAD * coordinate with other engineers for electrical and plumbing systems * the ability to manage projects is a plus * Manage project scheduling, tracking milestones from schematic through construction document phases, ensuring timely delivery of draws and specifications. * PE is a plus but not required * *Experience* * design of HVAC systems * the ability to work with others to complete project requirements * Hands-on experience with CAD software such as Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with drafting standards is essential. * *Strong project management skills including project scheduling.
