Senior MES Engineer
DPP is seeking a Senior MES Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with a Raleigh, NC company that provides advanced engineering solutions for global industries.Position overview:Senior technical leader responsible for designing and delivering MES solutions in life sciences manufacturingActs as MES Solution Architect and Technical LeadWorks directly with customers and leads WM engineering teamsSuccess is measured by delivery quality, project profitability, and repeat customer workKey responsibilities:Design, configure, and deploy enterprise MES solutionsLead MES projects end to end: concept, design, build, test, validation, and commissioningDevelop MES strategy that improves compliance, uptime, and efficiencyLead engineers and mentor junior staffOwn technical decisions and guide customersManage or support projects up to $1M, including:Plans, schedules, budgets, and status reportingRisk and issue resolutionTeam coordinationServe as Project Manager on smaller engagements when neededTechnical focus:Enterprise MES platforms (PAS X, Syncade, PharmaSuite, POMS, Sepasoft, etc.)Electronic Batch Records (EBR)Life sciences regulations and validationIntegration with:ERPSCADA / HistorianLIMS, QMS, CMMSOn prem and cloud architecturesDatabases (SQL, Oracle)Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Sciences7+ years of MES experience in life sciencesStrong knowledge of:cGMP21 CFR Part 11GAMP5, ISA 88, ISA 95Proven leadership and customer facing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsWilling to travel up to 25%Ideal fit:Senior MES engineer ready to lead technically and influence customersComfortable balancing hands on design with leadership and project ownershipStrong in regulated manufacturing environmentsAbout the company:Our client is an engineering and architectural firm specializing in system integration and advanced engineering solutions for a diverse range of global industries.100% employee owned (ESOP)40+ years in businessENR Top 500 firm and top system integratorInterested?
