What You’ll DoServe as the main point of contact for event guests from first inquiry through post-event follow-upRespond promptly and professionally to guest emails, calls, and in-person questionsPlan and coordinate corporate outings, team-building events, fundraisers, celebrations, and moreHelp guests define event details including budget, timing, menus, layouts, themes, staffing, and equipmentCommunicate event details clearly to internal teams and event staffCoordinate logistics and staffing from setup through breakdownStay present during events to ensure smooth execution and quickly resolve issuesFollow approved pricing guidelines and confidently close event contractsMaintain accurate event details using planning software and tracking toolsParticipate in weekly meetings, BEO meetings, and required trainingsFollow up with guests after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfactionSupport promotions, internal events, and community outreach efforts as neededWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of event planning experience (hospitality, entertainment, or recreation preferred)1+ year of experience in event sales or a client-facing sales roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly responsive, organized, and detail-orientedComfortable managing multiple events and deadlines at onceGuest-focused with a professional, friendly communication styleConfident working with internal teams, vendors, and community partnersIntermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with event software is a plusAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekendsWhat It’s Like To Work HereThis isn’t a quiet office job.You’ll work in a lively, fast-paced environment with music, games, lighting effects, families, corporate groups, and kids celebrating big moments.
