The start time for this position is currently 8:00 a.m.General SummaryUnder direction, provides trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth within a juvenile justice setting, supporting rehabilitation, emotional regulation, and successful reintegration. Conducts comprehensive risk assessments, develops individualized safety plans, initial service plans, and delivers individual and group therapy. Collaborates with multidisciplinary staff, families, and external providers to ensure coordinated care and continuity of services. Monitors clinical progress, maintains accurate and compliance documentation, and participates in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives. Addresses behavioral challenges and conflict through evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
