Job Description Ensure excellent guest service at all times Present oneself as a credit to the department and company Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies Protect company assets through accurate and compliant transaction handling Assist other departments as needed Stand for extended periods during the shift Lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull heavy carts on the casino floor Bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while performing job duties Operate office equipment including 10-key adding machines, PCs, fax machines, and photocopiers Respond to visual and aural cues in a fast-paced environment Work effectively in moderate to loud noise conditions Responsibilities Manual dexterity to operate computers and office equipment Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple tasks and time constraints Ability to handle heavy business volume and sensitive guest or staff situations promptly Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma required Minimum 1–2 years of related experience Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of management Strong teamwork skills and ability to work cooperatively Well ‑groomed, professional appearance Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Strong mathematical and clerical aptitude for accurate record‑keeping Excellent customer service skills Ability to obtain/renew all government‑required licenses, including a Virginia Lottery Gaming Permit License
