HubSpot Solutions Architect (Mid-Level)Gresham Group | Florida Applicants ONLY (Tampa or Southwest FL Preferred)$65K–$100K + Bonus + CommissionWe’re hiring someone who actually knows how to build and implement new HubSpot accounts, and activate available client HubSpot tools to grow revenue.At Gresham Group, we replace fragmented tech stacks with HubSpot-driven revenue systems. That means CRM architecture, automation, migrations, and integrations that directly impact sales, not just marketing activity. This role is for someone who can take strategy and turn it into a working system across HubSpot. This role will also be responsible for supporting ongoing client HubSpot management needs.What You’ll Be DoingBuild and manage HubSpot environments (Sales, Marketing, Service)Create pipelines, properties, and scalable CRM structuresDevelop advanced workflows (lead routing, deal progression, automation)Lead CRM migrations (Salesforce → HubSpot and others)Support integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)Work directly with clients to implement and optimize systemsWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years hands-on in HubSpotStrong workflow, pipeline, and data structure experienceSolid understanding of sales processes (not just marketing)Ability to build, not just recommendComfortable being both technical and client-facingBonus:Migration experience (Salesforce or similar)API / integration exposureExperience with complex CRM setups or custom objectsThe RoleMid-level, with a clear path to team leadClient-facing + internal executionFocused on CRM systems and activation of AI tools (no paid media or additional software needs)LocationMust be based in FloridaTampa or Southwest Florida preferredComp$65K–$100K baseBonus + commission tied to client growth
