Call Center Rep

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**As a Call Center Professional, you will provide exceptional service and support to callers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Every day you will expertly handle high-volume calls, actively listen, provide accurate information, and navigate systems to find solutions, meticulously documenting each interaction.To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a patient, empathetic demeanor, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.+ Consistently demonstrates customer service expectations.+ Consistently makes eye contact and smiles.+ Demonstrates active listening with positive can do attitude.+ Consistently respectful, concerned, and shows empathy.+ Uses scripted greeting.
