Support Analyst I (Hybrid Role)
The Support Analyst I is responsible for the following:
System Support and Operations
Configure and test common configuration changes to our clients’ Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) applications, executing the configuration change process.
Write and execute test approaches that mitigate the risk of change.
Be able to explain the common features and configuration options of our applications to internal and external partners.
Solve simple & medium complexity issues and questions, describing the technical solutions in a way that clients can understand.
Document investigation steps and technical configurations.
Execute other support tasks including data changes, operational monitoring, validation, and integrations setup & testing.
May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
No previous experience is required with the appropriate degree.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field, or have equivalent experience.
