Software Engineer II - Full-stack Developer with Anthropic Experience

Overview As a Software Engineer II on the Engineering as a Service team, you design, build, and deliver full-stack software and AI-enabled solutions for client engagements. You will implement scalable front-end and back-end features, manage microservices and CI/CD pipelines, and integrate Claude-based AI capabilities to enable context-aware, automated workflows. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive production readiness. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-driven client outcomes at scale and contribute to transformational engineering programs. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and maintain scalable full-stack features across front-end and back-end systemsDevelop and support microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and infrastructure as codeIntegrate Anthropic Claude and other LLM platforms to deliver context-aware features and retrieval-augmented generation pipelinesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to code reviewsTroubleshoot defects, improve performance, write automated tests, and support production readiness including incident response and on-call rotations Key requirements4+ years of professional software engineering, including 3+ years of full system lifecycle development3+ years designing and delivering AI/ML solutions6+ months hands-on experience with Claude Agent SDK and agent orchestration6+ months deploying production solutions using Anthropic Claude models6+ months applying prompt engineering and related AI techniques3+ years full-stack development with a backend language (Python, Java, .NET, Go, or Node.js) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)2+ years client-facing development including REST/GraphQL APIsexperience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Claude API integrationBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experienceability to travel ~50%US work authorizationpreferred: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum (Jira/Linear), open-source contributions, cloud certifications, Claude ecosystem toolsEffective written and verbal communicationMeticulous attention to detail and qualityAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsFull-stack development (Python/Java/.NET/Go/Node.js)Frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js)REST and/or GraphQL APIs
