The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, assisting with the buying and selling of properties, and managing real estate transactions from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, negotiating deals, preparing and reviewing documents, and marketing properties. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate LicenseCustomer Service and Sales skillsExperience in Real Estate and Real Property managementStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with local real estate market in Los Banos, CAStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with real estate software and technology
