They are expected to be punctual, reliable, willing to learn, maintain a positive attitude, keep up with our fast paced environment, and be dedicated to the goals of our company.Ensure trucks, warehouse and work areas are kept clean and organizedAppropriately tie down extrusions to vehicle racksLoad vehicle with tools and equipment needed for scheduled jobsCarry tools and materials from vehicle to jobsiteLearn/perform/assist all steps of a Basic System Maintenance and Box cleaningLearn/install Underguide track on pools with or without water in under 3 hoursChange ropes on cover systems with detachable rope sliders and wire-on slidersChange sliders on all systemsUtilize service app and accurately record job information in a timely mannerAbility to follow the direction of a TechnicianWillingness to learnA valid Driver's License and a good-standing driving historyMust be able and willing to work 10+ hour days, Monday through FridayBi-Lingual a PLUS
