The ideal candidate must be forklift certified and capable of working in a fast-paced outdoor yard environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload temporary fence panels, stands, gates, and related materials using forklifts and manual handling techniquesOperate a forklift safely and efficiently to move inventory around the yardOrganize and maintain yard inventory to ensure accurate storage and easy accessClean, inspect, and repair fencing materials as neededPrepare materials for delivery and customer pickupAssist drivers and installation crews with staging and loading jobsFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentRequirementsValid forklift certification (required)Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, construction, or fencing environment preferredAbility to lift heavy materials (50–75 lbs regularly)Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityPhysical RequirementsFrequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy fencing materialsStanding and walking for extended periodsAbility to bend, kneel, and climb as neededWork EnvironmentOutdoor work environment (heat, cold, rain, dust)Fast-paced yard and equipment operation settingPreferred QualificationsExperience with temporary fencing or construction materialsBasic mechanical or repair skillsExperience loading flatbed trucks or trailers
