Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Preschool Teachers at our Atlanta, GA location. The Preschool Teachers will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of preschool-aged children. Daily tasks include instructing children in basic academic concepts, fostering social and emotional development, engaging in creative and hands-on activities, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with families to ensure each child's growth and success. Ongoing participation in training and professional development is also expected. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create structured, age-appropriate educational activitiesStrong foundation in Education principles and Teaching methods for early childhood developmentExcellent Communication skills for effective interaction with children, colleagues, and familiesExperience in Training and mentoring others in an educational setting is beneficialPatience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood educationRelevant certification in early childhood education or a related field (CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree preferred)Ability to meet state licensing requirements and undergo background checks
