We sell a service here at Medix of streamlining the hiring process for our clients.This is a staffing sales role, however we are open to those with experience or without staffing & recruiting experience. This role will have growth into a B2B Account Executive role after initial Recruitment training(3 months).WHAT YOU’LL DO:Phase 1: Learn the fundamentals of the Medix recruiting processIdentify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, etc.)Assess candidates through phone screening, virtual interviewing, skills testing, and reference checksHeld to weekly quotas for phone screening, virtual interviewing, reference checks, weekly resume submissions, etc.Obtain and generate sales leadsParticipate in weekly progress meetings to determine product knowledgePhase 2: Sales DevelopmentParticipate in sales role playsParticipate in progress meetings to determine product and sales knowledgeAttend meetings with current account executives through shadowingContinue to participate in weekly progress meetings, coaching, role plays, etc.Cold call to set new meetingsBuild out territory with potential clients and identify prospectsPhase 3: Move into Medix Account Executive roleMaintain and develop relationships with new and potential clients by building a strong network (joining associations, networking groups, social media, etc.)Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients through cold calling, emails, messaging etc.Effectively sell Medix staffing servicesDevelop and execute a territory planNegotiate client contractsAssist, develop, and manage a team of recruitersHeld to weekly quotas for reachouts, cold calls, meetings, etc.Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may ariseWHAT YOU'LL NEED:Comfortability working in a heavy outbound, phone based positionProven desire and ability to take initiativeAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced environmentInterest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIsBachelor's Degree preferred but not requiredCompetitive mindsetPositive & ambitious attitudeSOUNDS GREAT, BUT HOW AM I EVALUATED?Maintaining spread, or profit, by building a book of clients putting awesome talent to workMeet weekly, quarterly and yearly KPI'sComplete role plays with leadership per quarterWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive salary + uncapped commissionTraditional and Roth IRA 401(k)with employer matchingComprehensive medical insurance, Dental/Vision insurance, Pet insuranceCompetitive paid time off program and 9 paid holidays + Employer sponsored Day of ServiceEmployer financed life, long term and short term disability insuranceComprehensive training and professional development programPromotion opportunities in sales, account management or professional recruitmentGym membership reimbursement & Student loan repayment programLOCATION: Near WestShore PlazaHybrid Model: Monday - Thursday in office with Friday work from home Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission and Quarterly Bonuses
