Delegation Oversight Analyst

Delegation Oversight Analyst provides full-time analytical support for delegation oversight activities, ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements and assisting in the processing of compliance data. Key Responsibilities Monitor delegated activities for compliance with state and NCQA requirements, including report tracking and corrective action measures Report on delegated entity performance using compliance tools and participate in planning meetings to address delegate needs Support delegation oversight committee meetings through agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute taking Required Qualifications At least 2 years of data management experience, preferably in healthcare Experience in data processing and analysis Ability to interpret error reports and identify remediation steps Experience with SharePoint and PowerBI Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
