Shipping Lead

Job Description Shipping LeadWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Lead to support outbound shipping operations across multiple facilities. This role is responsible for preparing outbound loads, verifying shipping documentation, scanning finished goods, and ensuring products are loaded safely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have shipping and forklift experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate warehouse inventory management systems to create outbound shipments, scan finished goods, and track inventory locationsVerify shipping orders and ensure all information matches shipping labels and documentationApply shipping labels and placards to finished goods prior to loadingScan finished goods using the correct outbound and shipping order informationEnsure products are loaded safely, accurately, and efficiently onto trucksPerform quality inspections using a web-based quality management systemReview shipping documents for accuracy before providing paperwork to driversOperate a forklift as neededFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse guidelinesMaintain flexibility to support varying schedules and operational needsAssist with additional warehouse or shipping duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 6 months of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experienceForklift experience preferredExperience using inventory or warehouse management systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesReliable attendance and strong teamwork skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse and shipping environmentFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and forklift operationOpportunity for overtime and schedule flexibility based on business needsLabor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
