Siebel CRM Support Analyst
Seeking a Siebel CRM Support Analyst to provide application support, incident resolution, and data analysis. The role involves supporting Siebel operations, assisting in migration to Salesforce, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for Siebel CRM, resolving incidents and service requestsPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixesSupport data migration activities from Siebel to Salesforce (ETL, validation)Collaborate with business users for data insights using SQLParticipate in CRP, UAT, and production rolloutsConfigure Siebel components (Business Objects, Applets, LOVs, MVGs, etc.)Monitor system performance and ensure SLA complianceCreate technical documentation, mapping documents, and SOPsSupport defect triage, testing, and deployment activitiesWork within Agile methodology and contribute to sprint deliverablesRequired Skills:Strong experience with Siebel CRM configuration and supportSolid SQL and data analysis skillsExperience in CRM data migration (preferably Siebel to Salesforce)Knowledge of testing cycles (UAT, CRP) and defect managementFamiliarity with Agile methodology
