The work involves complex, high-exposure litigation rather than volume-driven caseloads, offering attorneys the opportunity to engage in more substantive and strategic matters.The group is known for its hands-on, trial-focused approach. Associates are given real ownership of their cases, direct client interaction, and meaningful trial exposure early in their careers.
