Asset Management BA - Alternative Investments AnalysisOur client is seeking an Asset Management BA - Alternative Investments Analysis to analyze alternative asset data, identify gaps between systems of record, and support the strategic platform for managing private assets.Responsibilities & Qualifications:Analyze data stored in alternative asset database and compare to client's strategic systems of recordIdentify and document gaps between alternative asset database and strategic system of record data modelTriage gaps and work with alternative middle office to understand criticality of each gapSolution gaps using data generated by strategic operating modelSupport IBOR product team in preparing platform to manage private assetsRequirements:8-10 years of experience in business analysis and data analysisHands-on expertise in data lineage and database analysisStrong knowledge of asset management and investment data setsDemonstrated experience analyzing alternative investments or alternative asset databasesAbility to work with middle office teams to assess data criticality and gap remediationStrong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaborationAbility to work in a hybrid onsite environment (3 days per week)
