Executive Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Executive Recruiter to join our team! Mainly will be recruiting on Manager/Director level roles and above: Controllers, CFO's, etc. This is a 100% Recruiter role; however, Sales/Account Management experience is a plus.Support assigned Direct Hire/Interim open client requisitions (3-4 at a given time)Partner with Sourcers to review sourced candidates and move them through process.Provide resumes and executive summaries, set interviews for hiring team, and more.Leverage AI interviewer tool as well to build out current bench pipeline.KPI's: 15 candidate interviews per week (screened for current client base)Requirements:7+ years of relevant agency recruiting/professional search experienceExperience supporting Interim searches is required (Direct Hire a plus)Ability to support higher-level roles within Finance & Accounting and can speak fluently within this vertical.Open to learning new habits and coachable.Professional, great attitude and works hard.Education: Bachelor's degree
