With headquarters in Texas, USA, and development operations in Bangladesh, Eagle3DStreaming is at the forefront of R&D in the cloud game streaming industry.Job OverviewWe are seeking a Data Visualization Engineer (Grafana) to design, build, and maintain real-time or near-real-time data pipelines, with a strong focus on integrating MongoDB with Grafana or similar platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about telemetry, analytics, and building smooth data flows that power dashboards used across engineering, support, and operations.Expected Salary (based On Experience And Skill Set) 30000 - 60000 BDTResponsibility Build and maintain pipelines to stream data from MongoDB to Grafana, directly or via tools like Telegraf, Prometheus, or InfluxDB. Design efficient data models and aggregation pipelines for analytics. Create actionable, visually intuitive Grafana dashboards. Monitor and optimize pipeline performance (latency, throughput, reliability). Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. Troubleshoot across the ingestion → transformation → visualization stack. Contribute to the development of internal observability and monitoring tools.Requirements Have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, including working with aggregation pipelines and performance optimization. Freshers with a curious mindset and strong self-learning ability are also encouraged to apply. Are proficient in building custom Grafana dashboards. Are familiar with streaming tools such as Prometheus, Kafka, Logstash, or Telegraf. Have scripting experience using Node.js, Python, or Bash to build and automate pipelines. Understand REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation for analytics. Possess a strong problem-solving mindset and excellent collaboration skills. Experience with alerting and monitoring best practices in production environments is a plus. Bonus if you have exposure to Grafana Loki, MongoDB Atlas, MongoDB Change Streams, or time-series databases like InfluxDB and Prometheus.Qualifications Graduated from any reputed university is preferred.
