This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, service-focused, and passionate about supporting clients with their insurance needs.Responsibilities:Prepare new business applications and submissions for producersObtain required information for new business submissionsProcess requests for insurance certificatesProcess endorsements received via mail, email, and faxManage cancellations received via fax, email, or mailProcess renewals and complete renewal insurance reviewsPerform commercial audits for current clientsMonitor and complete lapse prevention reportsReview and process insurance company claim reportsComplete daily downloads from carriersMaintain organized filing and documentation systemsPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Commercial Producers or PresidentContact customers regarding payment or underwriting noticesQualifications:5+ years of P/C commercial lines insurance experienceActive Michigan resident P/C LicenseStrong multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independentlyExcellent listening and communication skillsProficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office)Axios Professional Recruitment - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
