Be part of a collaborative environment that values skill, innovation, and professional growth.Responsibilities:Install and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential buildings.Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of plumbing installations in line with project timelines.Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues such as leaks or clogs.Install fixtures, appliances, and plumbing systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas requiring plumbing.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards.Work with project managers and other trades to coordinate plumbing work and address any plumbing-related issues.Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior plumbers.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.Respond to emergency plumbing calls promptly and efficiently to mitigate damage and restore service.Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.Willingness to work overtime when needed.Position RequirementsQualifications:Valid plumbing license and certification applicable to state regulationsMinimum of 4 years' experience in multi-family residential plumbingProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing schematicsStrong knowledge of local plumbing codes and standardsExperience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in new and existing multi-family unitsAbility to operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectivelyExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditionsStrong communication skills for coordinating with construction teams and clientsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visitsCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to company safety policiesAbility to handle physical workload of 50 poundsEqual Opportunity Employer
