Business Development Center (BDC)Job description and responsibilitiesManaging inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages for internet leads that convert into showroom visits /appointments. Using the tools provided to you such as scripts and training to provide customer satisfaction. Lead Management: Responding promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Including both outbound and inbound calls.Appointment Setting: This includes scheduling appointments and confirming appointments to reduce no - shows.Outbound Follow up: conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50-150 per day), sending emails and text to keep the customer engaged until you set an appointment.CRM Data Entry: insuring accurate up to date customer records in the CRM.
