We are committed to creating safe spaces for conversation, reducing stigma, and providing life-saving resources. Role DescriptionThe Part-Time Event Coordinator supports the planning and execution of events that advance With Hope Foundation’s mission, including community outreach, school-based programs, and fundraiser initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about community impact, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible, part-time environment. Priorities may shift week to week based on event schedules and program needs, and responsibilities will be balanced to align with the part-time nature of the role.QualificationsRequired2+ years of event planning or coordination or related experience Strong organizational and multitasking time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Interest in mental health advocacy and community outreachAbility to work a flexible part-time schedulePreferredExperience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Familiarity with fundraising events and donor engagement Basic knowledge of event management and social media
